Born in Montreal, I've lived in four Canadian provinces and eight cities, and now live & work in both Haliburton and Toronto, Ontario.

After years of focusing on art, I moved to a career in information management and business research.

Now I'm making art again, living in a glorious setting of lakes, forests, rocks and plants, all shapes and colours imaginable. My surroundings inspire me to respond by creating. Along with landscapes, I enjoy painting vignettes of people and animals. I work in both acrylic and paints on canvas. Most of my paintings begin with a photograph cropped to focus on exactly the image I'm looking for. My stained glass work starts with a drawing and uses the overlay technique of applying coloured pieces to plain glass and finishing off with grout.
